It's good to buy them earlier whilst they're still in stock! I love the sheer jewel drops and have got lots like that myself (picked up in the sales over a couple of years) and it looks like you got them for a good price. The bird is very cute!

This is making me want to go and look at Christmas decorations even more...

I adore the little owl - will certainly make a beeline to pick one up myself! Here's one I'd already found at John Lewis: http://www.johnlewis.com/230632396/Product.aspx?source=14798. Going to have to be careful or I'll end up knee deep in owls this year!

Christmas owl? That's definitely a new one on me.

We always seem to run into a christmas decoration shop whilst on our summer holidays. Of course we end up buying something. Seemed kinda odd at first but now i've come to except buying christmas decs in July as the norm.

Londn lisbonite - I'm really into the bird trend. I fear my Christmas tree is going to look mad this year though.
That wooden owl is so cute. And you could keep it up all year, wouldn't it look so cute perched on a shelf?

Rob - it's buy it whilst you see it, isn't it? Bet you've picked up some cute decorations on your travels.

You're absolutely right Camilla.

I can't stand the "one that got away" feeling. When for some reason you decided not to buy something, then you can't help but think about it once you can no longer buy it.

Totally Rob! The amount of times I've seen a great little picture or some trinket whilst on holiday, not bought it and kicked myself later... Now I just go for it.
